Being Grounded and Neutral
A short workshop about finding balance and support in one's mind, heart, and spirit,
in today's unbalanced world.
In our highly charged and polarized world, it's common to feel confronted, even triggered, by life and people around us, whether intentional or not.
This can create a huge challenge to our sense of internal peace and balance.
The idea of "therapeutic neutral" comes from the medical and healing communities, and is usually applied when holding space for others. By adapting and applying this concept to everyday life, it can aid in staying balanced, and reducing stress imposed by our highly charged world. Additionally, by exploring the concept of "grounding" and making it a simple daily practice, it is possible to stay present and responsive when confronted in life, rather than reactive and defensive.
