CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on form of manual therapy that evaluates, mobilizes, and supports your craniosacral system — the membranes, bones, and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect your brain and spinal cord.
By releasing deep tension and supporting nervous system balance, CST can reduce pain, relieve dysfunction, and improve whole-body health and performance. It is increasingly embraced as both a preventive and complementary healthcare practice — one that builds resilience and supports long-term wellbeing.
CST is especially effective at regulating the nervous system — helping those living with chronic stress experience genuine, embodied relaxation, often for the first time in a long time. Using just 5–20 grams of pressure or traction, CST commonly produces an immediate decrease in pain, improved function, greater mental clarity, a more regulated stress response, and a profound sense of inner peace.

Appropriate for all ages, cultures, lifestyles, bodies, abilities, and genders — discover how this gentle, restorative therapy can help you feel better in your body.
