Please enjoy this guided grounding meditation.  

What is a grounding meditation?  It is a short guided meditation where I verbally lead you to a more peaceful place in your mind.  Often, when feeling stressed or anxious, it is common to feel unsupported and disconnected.  Maybe disconnected from others, maybe disconnected from yourself.  The intention of this short guided meditation is to offer you an increased perception of support and connection, in the hopes of reducing your state of stress and/or anxiety.

It may be practiced wherever you are, including while walking.
