The Stress Response!​

We'll map out the key structures involved, in the brain, through the nerves and to the adrenals. I'll describe the process of stress activation and resolution, including the difference between acute and chronic stress. There will also be some tips for self support and self-care.

As always, will include fun facts that reveal just how remarkable our human body really is, ways to support, and time for Q&A

This class is open to all ages. Whether you're a caregiver, a student, or someone who wants to understand themselves a little better, you belong here.  Because the better you know your body, the better you can advocate for your own health and well-being.​​​

Note taking is optional — come as you are and soak it in. No science background needed. No homework, no quizzes, no tests. Just curiosity!
